Black Boss Ambassadors
The Black Bosses Ambassador Program empowers passionate college students to serve as leaders and advocates for entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and community impact. As ambassadors, students represent the Black Bosses mission on their campuses and in their communities by promoting our programs, engaging their peers, and helping expand opportunities for the next generation of leaders.
Nasir Muhammad
2026 Black Boss Scholarship Recipient
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University
Nasir Muhammad is an incoming first year Psychology major at The Illustrious North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University whose journey consists of academic excellence, leadership, mentorship, and a passion for community impact.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Nasir graduated from Charles R. Drew Charter School with a 3.9 GPA while excelling in both AP and Dual Enrollment coursework and even joining different clubs such as National Honor Society, Beta Club, Spanish National Honor Society, B.O.N.D (Brothers Of a New Direction), etc.Nasir is a former camp counselor, varsity track captain, Mr. Green & Gold student athlete ambassador, and after school instructor at his elementary school. At Drew, he's built a reputation for uplifting younger students and shaping positive spaces for youth development.
Once he arrives at A&T, Nasir plans to pursue his goal of becoming a sports psychologist, driven by a passion for supporting individuals holistically and inspired by the resilience he witnessed within his family and his own life after battling depression during the COVID-19 pandemic. Balancing academics, leadership roles, and independence, Nasir continues to grow into the person God meant him to become.

Community builder with hands-on experience executing social media campaigns, producing original content, and coordinating large-scale outreach events. Track record of measurable audience growth, cross-organizational collaboration, and volunteer leadership across school and nonprofit settings. Skilled in translating community goals into compelling digital content that drives awareness, engagement, and action. Passionate about advocacy, child welfare, and shaping a kinder world through service!
Aziya Flynn
2026 Black Boss Scholarship Recipient
University of Alabama at Birmingham
Aziya Flynn is an 18 years old from the small town of Hayneville, Alabama. she recently graduated as the Valedictorian of the Central-Hayneville High School Class of 2026 while also earning her Associate in Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Wallace Community College Selma through dual enrollment. This fall, she will begin my journey as a pre-nursing major at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Aziya goal is to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, where she hopes to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.
