Black Bosses is dedicated to fostering a strong, supportive community for Black entrepreneurs, leaders, and members through exposure, education, and strategic networking. We organize community events like financial literacy workshops, free academic tutoring, and local meetups where entrepreneurs can showcase their products, connect with mentors, and collaborate with other small businesses and or community members. Additionally, our networking mixers, leadership training, and youth mentorship programs empower the next generation of leaders. Through these initiatives, we create opportunities for growth and success that benefit both individuals and the community as a whole.
Winter Clothing Drive
December 6th - December 2oth
Our successful winter clothing drive brought warmth and support to those in need. With the generous donations from our community, we were able to distribute coats, thermals, gloves, and blankets to Crisis Assistance Ministry. The drive not only provided essential items but also strengthened our sense of unity and care for one another.

Reading Rainbow Book Drive
October 9th - November 22nd
Our Reading rainbow book drive works to turn the page on illiteracy in communities of color and rewrite the narrative by providing books to Title nine schools. We gathered lightly used children books of all levels and delivered the books to many of the children's delight.
"Every page turns a possibility into power."
